"My family has been with Brian and his parents prior for a very long time. AJ has always been the service representative I’ve had since he has started, and he has been nothing but helpful in every facet and every change for every move that I’ve had to make over the past 10 years. "I have been with State Farm for 63 years. Always helpful. When our 2 kids were teen agers and had a few miner accidents our rates did not go up. We have all our insurances here. Home owners, 2 autos, life ins, umbrella policy. Claims paid on time and without question. I highly recommend State Farm. Questions always answered. THAN YOU STATE FARM AND AGENTS!!"

"I had an issue with my tire. Roadside came out and changed the tire. When putting on the spare tire, they over tightened 3 of the 6 lugs, resulting in them breaking. I contacted Brian and AJ. They moved mountains to help me get everything fixed properly. They are the best! They went above and beyond! I appreciate them very much! I’ve been a customer for 45 years and will never go anywhere else"

"My wife and I have been with State Farm for 22 years. Today I called the office to change my insurance to another company. As we all know the cost of insurance has skyrocketed. Mr. A.J. Cracchiolo answered the phone. We talked, and A.J. shared with me some options. The company I was moving to does not have an office in Racine. A.J. talked to me like a FRIEND not an agent. He wasn't looking for a larger commission, he wanted to help a State Farm FAMILY member. We are going to stay with Ketterer Insurance for our 23rd year!"
